Online Service Delivery Options
At A4 Cozy, we want as many people as possible to benefit from a good nights sleep. That's why we have included delivery charge in our prices for any UK mainland address.
Our partners have delivery teams are highly trained professionals and will take great care in handling your purchase. So sit back, relax, and let us do the heavy lifting.
Bedroom furniture and accessories may be delivered by courier or post and certain ranges will be delivered direct by the supplier.

When will I get my order?
Standard Delivery
At A4 Cozy Furnishings, we pride ourselves on delivering products in a timely manner. We understand that when you place an order, you want confirmation of when your new purchase will arrive. That is why we have a dedicated team of staff who work hard to process orders quickly and efficiently.
Once we have received your order, we will contact you within 2 working days to advise you of an estimated delivery date.
In most cases, we are able to deliver items within 14 days of receiving the order. However, if an item is out of stock or if there is a delay for any other reason, we will keep you updated and once all items are in our warehouse, we will then contact you to confirm the delivery date.
Our standard delivery service operates Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm and we are unable to guarantee morning or afternoon delivery slots. However, we'll do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.
How do I know if my order is out for delivery?
One of the most common questions we get asked is 'How do I know if my order is out for delivery?' and it's a great question! We want to make sure you're kept in the loop as much as possible when it comes to your order. Once your order has been processed and is ready to be shipped, a member of our team will contact you to confirm the delivery date. Unfortunately, we can't give an exact time for delivery but we'll do our best to give you a rough estimate. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email notification confirming this. We hope this gives you a bit more peace of mind when placing your next order with us!
Assembly Service
Unfortunately, we do not offer an assembly service for our online purchases. This is a door-step delivery service only
What if I don't want to place my order online?
Here at A4 Cozy, we understand that not everyone is comfortable placing their order online. That's why we have staff available to take your order on the phone or in store.
