Refund policy

Change or cancellation of any order(s)
Free cancellation within 24-48 hrs from date of order
Thereafter 25% cancellation fee of Invoice value
100% charge for cancellation on bespoke products ( special size mattress or beds)
Should there be any breach of the contract A4 Cozy Furnishings reserves the right to claim any charges that may have been incurred or any reasonable loss of profit.

Availability of goods
We will make every effort to make sure that your order is available at the time you enter into contract with us

Faulty/Damaged Goods
Such complaints will be handled and dealt with within compliance of the Sale of Goods Act 1979
Goods returned must be in Its original packaging
Ex Display Goods or Products sold as seen
Where a defect has been brought to our attention prior to sale you will not be then entitled to claim a refund of compensation in relation to that particular defect. All items must be inspected by both the customer and Cozy Furnishings staff on the shop floor prior to collection or delivery.
Payment
All goods remain the property of Cozy Furnishings until paid for in full by the customer
All furniture sold is intended for domestic use. we cannot accept responsibility If used for contract or commercial purposes
Delivery
There will be a delivery charge of £15 for delivery within a 5 mile radius
When delivering to on address over 5 miles radius from us. there might be a higher charge depending on the delivery address
Our drivers will only delver to your door step. However if you have paid for the extra service then our drivers will deliver to the room of your choice.
We will not take any responsibility of damages to your house or property if we are delivering inside your property.
Payment
Our drivers are not insured to handle cash, so please ensure all goads are paid for before delivery, unless otherwise agreed upon by a member of staff
Assembly
If you require us to assemble your goods, this will incur an additional charge, this charge is based on the type of products that needs assembling and would be negotiated at the time of purchase of the goods.
Collection
If you require us to collect your old items for disposal, this will incur an additional charge, this charge is based on the type of products that need assembling and would be negotiated at the time of purchase of the goods.

COZY FURNISHINGS BEDS HAVE THE RIGHT TO MODIFY THE TERMS OF TRADING PRIOR TO NOTICE. FEEL FREE TO ASK ONE OF OUR TEAM MEMBERS IF WE HAVE CHANGED TERMS AT THE POINT OF PURCHASING YOUR GOODS

Cancellation and Modification

Orders can be cancelled or modified if the item has not been dispatched
After this period, the order will be processed, and changes may not be possible.
